Cottage Cheese more commonly known as “Paneer” in Indian dishes is the best form of veg protein which is beneficial for health. It is consumed in the form of curries, salads or transformed into desserts. Preparation Method: Boil milk and add vinegar or lime juice. Once milk starts curdling, turn off the flame and drain the water with the help of a cloth. Squeeze the excess water, and cottage cheese is ready. You can keep it in a mold to give it a desired shape or just press it with a heavy utensil, to get a brick form!!
