Cheese and Cauliflower Breadsticks: This cheesy treat that is made with cauliflower florets, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. This snack is best served with spicy dip and cold beverages.
Tandoori Gobhi: Marinate the cauliflower florets in a mix of whole spices and curd. Allow to it rest for 15 minutes and grill on tandoor for 15 minutes. Once they turn crispy, top with chaat masala and lemon juice and serve hot with mint chutney.
